The lovely Carol Kirkwood from BBC Weather wears leather jackets and skirts quite often though I've yet to see her suitably buckled and belted in shimmering black PVC. Now that would be nice! Others on my wishlist: current female Apprentice candidates (led by Jasmine) tasked with launching a new PVC...
