Elements Rainwear has got one too, here:

http://elementsrainwear.co.uk/proddetai ... rod=RA01ms (select the BLS4 color option to view it). Perhaps it is the same fabric as PVC-u-Like

It still doesn't reply rainwearsekkers' question, but I thought it would add some extra information

I had a blue and yellow one that was shiney on the inside, no makers name on it but they were all the rage for a while. Quite thick and heavy pvc, snap poppers on rhe cuffs, you could wear it blue or yellow side out.

Dear rainwearseeker,
I can remember that in Italy in the 80s they had a range of blue / yellow thick unlined 100% PVC rain slickers, which were reversible.
I was about age of 14 then, when I first saw them in Italy at the beach. Why beach, because the life guards had worn all these rain slickers when it was raining, or the weather was bad.
They had no brand tag, but these rain slicker were quite shiny, quite thick, but soft, and had that typical 70s / 80s smell and feel.
hope this helps.
maybe you will find one them at the italian ebay site ebay.it.

Regarding the brand "Slippery when wet" from the U.S., I also know them from the 80s / 90s,
which were made by a company called Wippette.
They were quite thick (approx. 300-400 nm, like the one PVC-U-LIKE has them in BLS4.
But they are hard to find noawadys.
Then there was a brand called "Items International", which had made a lot of colourful unlined 100% Vinyl rain slickers.
Also Totes had a range of thick unlined 100% vinyl rain slickers.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mens-Pvc-Rai ... 0290.m3507 you could try this one, it is shiny both sides, slight damage but a sensible price, oh and I have no financial interest in this whatsoever
