Wonderful memories
I was 19 at the time and only reason I watched TOTP was Pans People
Hot Gossip followed them I think

There was also Legs and Co who brought us these classics:

Somewhere between November 1979 and March 1981, dancers (could have been Legs and Co) appeared on Top of the Pops dancing to Sheila B Devotion's version of Singing In The Rain and they are wearing semi-see-through plastic macs which were fashionable at the time. I've spent ages trying to find a clip but I have failed.

Taff,
I'm looking for the same thing! Always wondered why Sheila or her dancers never wore any kind of rainwear in any appearances I have seen?

Hi Phil,
I diligently watched all the TOTP2 shows for that period but it never came up. I have trolled YouTube but, again, nothing. If you can't find it, no-one can.
Jeff.

Of course it may not have been TOTP as I believe they used to appear on other programmes. I vaguely remember them being on one of those summertime variety shows that used to be on Saturday evenings.

I have tried loads of searches such as "Singing in the rain Sheila B Devotion", Singing in the rain Pans People", "Singing in the rain Legs and Co", "Singing in the rain Top of the Pops", even just "Pans People" and "Legs and Co" but still can't find it any trace of it.
