Aww there is something very charming about her. Sadly in many cases I see bags like this all the time from charity shops (the UK version of thrift stores) that have failed to sell. A lot of these are like the suit in the video brand new but donated as never used, never sold and dumped in the bin after being on the shelf for too long. I've recently got about four or five similarly new rain suits this way.

She is cute. A side thought: wearing a rain suit to dumpster dive is actually a good idea. The rain suit keeps anything nasty off you clothing and it is easy to clean.

And not just shows it on the floor or something but actually puts it on as said before she wears it in other videos and I was looking at the comments and there are some women telling her to keep it in the car just in case and where someone is telling her to wear it every time she goes dumpster diving
