Yesterday I came across the Avengers episode 'A surfeit of H2O'. Some great scenes of Emma Peel in a black PVC suit and then a raincoat, also plenty of men in oilskin mackintoshes and sou'westers.

A couple more Avengers pics. I think the yellow PVC mac is from 'Stay tuned' but I'm not sure. Mothers assistant wearing a clear plastic mac is from 'They keep killing Steed', unfortunately the scene is only for a few seconds.

all the episodes of the Avengers are available on free streaming sites, some are also on torrents

it is not Stay Tuned. I downloaded and watched that episode, and there is no rainwear.
