I think you'll find it's not the Bucket lady but from a series called 'Hetty Wainthropp investigates'.

Thankyou nice mac theres a lady next to her in a mac too would the Italian travel agents have provided the macs for miss hetty

Almost certainly, Italian travel agents are well known for providing rainwear for clients especially those in television programmes
