Holidays
I often wonder what you guys (and gals) do when it comes to going away for a few days, a week or more? Do you sneak a little mac or cagoule into the bottom of your bag? Or do you go without?
Re: Holidays
I take some of my femme wardrobe and dress in pvc macs and coats. go for walks around the shops, visit national trust places and if people stare letthem. I1m having a good time and thats what matters to me. Usually do this in November at the moment, and have a holiday booked for this year.

Haven't got away in forever! Although the beaches (and wind/rain) here in North Devon are pretty good. You'd need to pack something purely for practical reasons down here!Blackvinyl wrote: April 8th, 2026, 10:30 pm I often wonder what you guys (and gals) do when it comes to going away for a few days, a week or more? Re: Holidays
Only recently, my wife and I spent a lovely long weekend in an ab&b near Seahouses Northumberland. It was cold wet and windy. She knows about my "odd" ways as she calls it, but I dont push it, enjoying it when allowed. So imagine my surprise when loading the car up, I found, laid out on the back seat not one, but two of my favourite hooded items of glossy rainwear! 'I thought WE might need them!' was her passing comment! Needless to say, a wonderful time was certainly enjoyed by me, and, I think secretly, her too!

Re: Holidays
I always take a cagoule or two with me wherever I go, just got back from Germany, despite the forecast good weather i took a purple regatta pack away with me which i wore for one day when we had a shower and one evening in my hotel room.
Lets get swishy!
Re: Holidays
I would love to go on a holiday where the only clothing allowed was rainwear, everyone dressed in there raincoats etc and plenty of water activity to enjoy whilst wearing our rainwear.
