Yes, plastic panties are definitely a basic item one must own !
If you are into cycle capes and similar you would probably enjoy ones that are made from a similar material like the Mediset 20400 which are made from Nylon fabric with a plastic coating outside. Or you can sew some yourself from rainwear fabric like we do.
