Anyone else having trouble with farmerrain delivery times?

Post by Rukkafan »

Long story short; I ordered rainsuit from farmerrain back in January, and their website said it would be 2-4 weeks delivery time due to back order. I thought for once I would get new gear ready for spring when its wet. Now its been 12+ weeks and still no delivery. I've contacted them couple of times but they just say that they'll deliver as soon as they can. Anyone else having similar issues?

I'm also waiting for a backordered retro coat. I think that "2-4" weeks estimated delivery time notice shouldn't be taken too serious, many different happenings may cause several delays. Being patient is the only thing we can do.

My order has been placed about 6-7 weeks ago.

I must admit that I have no trouble with delivery. About 2 weeks. That includes paying inport duty. That is on my 3 orders over 6 months.

Check your emails, you may need to approve a customs charge to FedEx first. I got hit by a whopping £40

Yes, Brexit, the thing that was sold as so easy (we hold all the cards remember) and has caused untold administration and cost, pretty much as the Remain campaign said it would!! More joy coming at the end of this month with import charges that the UK government are levying! At least it's not more on rainwear yet!

My red Sailor Jacket had a delivery time of about 5 months, this is a little longer than 2 to 4 weeks for in backorder....
