It would appear even the TV reporters were banned from holding them but I have only found one in what I call decent rainwear so far, Maria Menounos wearing a nice yellow 'slicker' a picture that must have been taken before they took her umbrella away! It must have been quite a sight seeing tens of thousands of people most of which must have been wearing rainwear. Still searching for images and pictures....

I first thought when sports stadiums were the first to get all nannyish about umbrellas 20 years ago, it might cause proper nylon or plastic raincoats (yeah, and bonnets - I'm biased) to make a comeback, and you always did see more of that kind of rainwear in sports crowds than anywhere else - but no, the fashion Nazis decided No, that was all too over-prepared and anal, shell out some ridiculous amount of money to look stupid and get soaked anyway, then leave the damn things behind when you go home for some other mug to work out how to get rid of them. Detest the bloody things!
No one has any CLASS in the US regarding rain wear. They all wear those stupid bags they are wearing at the foot ball games. I am going to start handing out $20.00 bills ever time I see some one dressed in a respectable rain coat!

I have that raincoat and I am very happy with it. its a bit too big on me but it was a limited edition and was only avaiable in some sizes when i buyed it.

I dont know where that hat is from but i love that too .

I also would think some shiny hunter boots with heels would match nicely with that outfit

I think the hat is from Eric Javits, and it’s way overpriced. I think Nordstrom used to sell them for $300 USD
