Antiques roadshow for people wearing cagoules in the back ground, lots of rallying videos from the 80’s and 90’s where rainwear was the uniform of choice with a bobble hat for standing in damp forests to watch rally cars. Loads of footage online from that era with crowds of folks in cagoules.
