Absolutely lovely material. Bet it makes a wonderful swishy and crackling noise.

I think all manufacturers will have different style hoods. But the hoods I guess would be unisex. The length of the sleeves of a ladies mack are too short for my liking. The buttons are the other tale tale feature.

I bet it was. Something special about nylon trousers and naked underneath. Do you still indulge, that way?

Anyone with a fascination for either rubber, or nylon mackintoshes, in the North Wales area fancy a meet for a nice woodland walk....?

I remember as a kid wearing my sisters peter storm cag, with waterproof trousers. Of course, I would put my mums nylon mack on top. The noises were exquisite.

They all sound wonderful. Swishy and noisy.

Bet they make wonderful sounds.

Perhaps a little awkward for a gentleman of a certain age to go out in public. But surely a wonderful addition for the bedroom?

Mine are mainly navy blue nylon, with buttons. No poppers, no zips. I do wear mine in public, but not locally, where I might be recognised. I go shopping in distant towns and of course, woodland walks.
