My mum wore hers everyday. Loved seeing her in them. One day she just stopped wearing them but never threw them away. She gave them to ex wife to use but she never did wear them which was a shame.pvcapron wrote: Yesterday, 7:20 pm Loved nylon overalls - were always a thrill to see back in the day

Re: Nylon smocks?
My mum had 2 nylon overalls. I have these and wear them all the time at home. For very messy jobs my ex wife bought me a thick pvc smock, long sleeves with elasticated cuffs and velcro fastened behind back really hated wearing it but knew better than complain. Nearly all my macs are nylon.

Re: Nylon or pvc as a uniform.
Many years ago a long nylon rainmac mens or women's had to be worn when out as part of uniform. Like others i will wear a nylon rsinmac or cagoule most times when I am out but not so much in summer. Will always have a mac with me just in case.

Re: Clothes gender
I am like you and love wearing skirts, dresses etc. As far as I am concerned they are just clothes. Does it actually matter what I wear it is not hurting anyone. It is exactly the same as rainwear it's only a item of clothing. Wear and enjoy whatever you want.
