Re: Hi to all
Agree, build up a stock of material first for regular release, you don't want to be pressured creating new content with only 2 days to go and a possible fanbase starting to complain. I've supported different content creators in the past when they offered subscription models, and one of them had set up a demanding schedule for himself to regularly post. But there were new developments weekly: kids sick for a few days so no time, in-laws coming over, public holidays, illness of himself, no time due to other factors, etc. He maybe created half he had promised and had excuses the other half of the weeks telling all his problems. To me this was more annoying than when he would have just promised half and delivered on that -> underpromise and overdeliver, not the other way around.
A subscription model has the beauty that the middleman is barely needed anymore... in many cases its better without him. Unfortunately for you, you are the middleman. If the model herself is able to shoot basic video and pictures (or can get help of a photographer at all times), she can set up the subscription model and get the income from it. The content can also be much more personal, produced on short notice, and reflecting better what she actually enjoys.
Anyways, feels free to post some teasers here and on the "Site Updates" part of this forum, I think many will be happy to give some feedback or come with suggestions of what they would like to see and would be willing to pay for.
Oh, and very importantly, try to build up a "fanbase". Part of that is your overall online presence and how you conduct yourself online. When people take a liking in you personally, they are more willing to support you financially. I have come across people giving away their content for free and just saying "make a donation if you really liked the content", which seems like a sure way to have zero income, but it worked for them as many appreciated the work and knowledge he had put in (i've donated myself also as I recognized the value of the content and liked him on a personal level so didnt mind supporting him a bit). Added advantage was that his content didn't get stolen, because why steal something that is free? Doubt it will work well with what you have in mind, but it is just an indication of what the possibilities are.

Re: Hi to all
Excellent post, some good advice
People aren’t usually shy when it comes to feedback and suggestions they become shy when they need to put their hands in their pockets. You need to be clear what people can expect for their subscription, one gentleman expected a four model shoot using expensive rainwear for his $9.99 and was fairly miffed when it was going to happen
And now onto my hobby horse, giving away images for free doesn’t stop these morons who want build massive pinterest accounts if it did why would they have teaser pics in their accounts, why would they have 20 copies of the same image on their accounts? There is something lacking in the mentality of people who make massive accounts of thousands of images
I got caught in this trap trying to upload 100 new images a week was almost impossible and without any back up the site suffered and so did the subscribers. Once you put yourself under pressure any enjoyment soon disappears tooBobbyValore wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2021, 12:36 am Agree, build up a stock of material first for regular release, you don't want to be pressured creating new content with only 2 days to go and a possible fanbase starting to complain. The current subscription models weren’t around at the time so I paid for the hosting, I paid CCBill a % to collect the subscriptions, I paid my Bank to process the cheques which were in $ and I paid the models, the new subscription ideas do seem a simpler way forward but I’m sure there are still snagsBobbyValore wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2021, 12:36 am A subscription model has the beauty that the middleman is barely needed anymore... in many cases its better without him. Totally agree you need to promote the site and teasers are probably the way to do itBobbyValore wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2021, 12:36 am Anyways, feels free to post some teasers here and on the "Site Updates" part of this forum, I think many will be happy to give some feedback or come with suggestions of what they would like to see and would be willing to pay for.

A good fan base is important, I fell down on the online presence bit – I’ve always been a grumpy so and so who speaks his mind – although having said that I did have some very generous supportersBobbyValore wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2021, 12:36 am Oh, and very importantly, try to build up a "fanbase". Re: Hi to all
Thought so
On a serious note is there any watermarking software available that digitally tracks images?

Hi to all
First filming went quite ok. I have now material for the first 3 vids. From 10min to 20min each. Pics of my model wearing around 15 different raincoats. And some nylon jackets for my site nr 2 for nylonwear lovers. Pics were taken after the videosession and i have to say, that the quality is not 100%, but i will improve with that. When you film very exiting material and start taking pics after that, i should have concentrated more to the settings of lightning and digital camera. But i am quite pleased with my raw material and now i start building my vids and picture package. And also create my site with Shopmaker. And open producer accounts to PornHub and Clips4Sale.com.
Social media channels will be opened to instagram and i will be starting the marketing or my domain www.raincoatdreams.com as soon as i have all ready for that. A plan needs to be made to come to the market and i have many things to plan.
But as we know, too much critisim about the quality is something many people are afraid of. When i watched my material this morning, i was very pleased to see my action with my models and one coat was really impressive to see. A very glossy yellow and short raincoat with hood. So extremely nice to fuck my model wearing that. And when i was filming that, i got a bit too exited and you may know what that ment.
The greatest thing about my filming was to feel the coats under my hands and feeling the body of my model. She was so extremely nice and the feeling of producing my content was just amazing. And she really was posing so extremely nicely.
So i will be actively telling you about the continuation of my project. I may start my instagram account before the material will be available to you to buy.
Be well and safe my friends.
Best regards
Mio from Finland

My first vids are coming very soon. Please check out my pic of my first model Eerika Mikaela. You will see much more of her wearing different raincoats in the future I have pics of her wearing about 10 different raincoats and three twopart vids of her wearing three different raincoats. My site www.raincoatdreams.com is not running, but i will inform when that site will be opened.
