Start of my new site for all raincoat lovers

It was nice to start, but as discussed here my first clip is not selling. My first vid has been for sale about 36 hours and no purchaises from my site. So now i start selling my collection of raincoats and other clothing. Thanks for all people who shared their worries about this project and the financal side of it. But this market of selling downloadable content does not work. I do not know why, but that is the case now.

Yeah 36 hrs isn't anywhere near enough. Your expectations may be too high.
Do you have any traffic data? Are you even getting much traffic?

I took a look at the preview and it doesn't give me a whole lot to go on, we've never seen any of your vids before so no idea on what to expect.
For example the content I might buy is sex and then add to it a style of coat I like, with people that look genuenly in to it. that narrows it down a fair bit and I'm sure others preferance to purchase is narrow too.


Raincoat stuff is a small market, and most of the people have been pilfering the small amount of content there is and I believe mostly an older generation that are less willing to part with cash to support the thing they like.

Maybe adjust your expectation and do some market research.

Our vids on porn hub were free on a massive platform with and multiple tags for search and it would get about 100 views a day. We never got to a point of monetizing but I'd have expected maybe 1 in 200 would buy if it was cheap maybe less.

For example
Rubberandropes on pornhub have 347 subscribers 1.5k views lowest and 25.7k highest for free vids, the paid ones have between 600 and 2k views and I don't know how it's calculated but I assume many of them are multiple viewings by the same purchasers. Thier vids are full on rainwear bondage sex, low price and on a huge platform.

Onlyevamarie has higher numbers has nylon cagoules with wellies, sex, pissing, grule, squirting and diverse content. All things that take in more views and diversify the viewer base. Relatively low views on paid vids.

Shannonheels has much bigger numbers due to a rediculouse amount of diverse content that's all free cause like many is pushing you to the onlyfans page.

You have to have a huge amount of traffic and people interested to get the few who will like what you have to pay for it.
As others have said you'll need time to build up a loyal fan base.

Have you thought about uploading on one of the massive sites to see how the views trend or as a way to direct people to your site?

At this point i am just thinking the size of my vid. It is 1,4gb and in Finland that is no problem, but how do you see internationally ? Should i sell that vid in smaller parts which would be cheaper to buy to see the quality ?

There is a possiblity of affeliate-marketing for my material, but i have not figured out how that really works.

I think that i will make a 3-4 minute clip for people to test the quality of my content. Maybe i need to sell shorter clips and now it is the time to try that.

Does your model hide her face in all her online content or does she show her full face on other sites?

From Iooking at the clip wouldn't be buying anything based on three things, I dont like models in masks. I dont like the choice of rainwear and I'm not that keen of watching guys having sex, I understand these are all personal choices and other people will feel differently about this

Yes this model needed to use mask. That did not bother me, but to some it will. My next would have been without, but i am not moving to next filming before i see that i can get something in return of my first filming.

That black raincoat is to my taste. It is a modern style of raincoat and i love those. I do not like old Rukka coats althoug i have few of those in my collection. I will sell those away, because i do not get any sexual feelings about those. Those are good for fishing, but not for... But that is the case to me.

A man and a women having sex is something i have missed from the materials on the web. So much pics and vids about clothing, but not many vids of having sex. To me the biggest thing in those videos was to feel that coat against me. That feeling was so very nice and so many are not able to feel that.

I'm not sure why a professional model wouldn't be prepared to show her face, it seems very odd and I dont understand why you would choose a model that doesn't want to show her face. I get the feeling that YOU wanted to have sex with this girl so were happy to agree to her limits

YOU dont like Rukka coats so you wont be including those in your shoots, what about the people who do like Rukka coats or anyother coat that's not to YOUR taste, are you going to exclude them too?

You are making an already small market even smaller with your inflexible attitude

I just feel, that i wanna be honest about my side of the rainwear fetish. I was prepared to film with any kind of raingear and i have those rukkas available to film, but that is not MY PERSONAL FETISH.

But you are right about one thing. If i wanna continue in this business to some new level, i need to film with the gear my viewers like. But the start needs to be with my own fetish and if that doesnt work out, i will continue with the gear my clients are willing to pay for. Or not continue at all if that is the case.

In general i think, that producing pics or downloadable videos is a tiny market anymore. At least that is the case with hetero guys wanting to see women wearing rainclothes. This current trend of creating a spesific model and content based onlyfans or myvids sites is the way to monetize any content. And that is fair business to the models who are willing to get money online.

In Finland you are not getting someone to model with you without a mask, if you are not willing to pay for a professional porn actress 800-1000 euros per filming session or getting some desperate drug addict to film with. And both of those are not possible in this business to me. I know that filming in eastern europe is easy, because there are so many women ready to be filmed who do not care about their future. And that is not the case in my country.

- different site visitors 191; 58 from GB, 33 from GER...
- 1300 site visits; more than 600 views by clicking the link on this site
- no content purchaised so far
- medium time on my site has been 36 seconds
- only one video for sale, which my website provider thinks is as big problem; i do not get why that is so big problem

I have today 103 intagram followers and 5 pics and one short clip to show in there.

I get this is your personal fetish but for some reason not many people what to indulge you by paying for something that is personal to you

I might like my Rolls Royce painted Pink with Yellow spots which is fine but when I want to sell it not many people will want to buy it, most people want more mainstream colours

If you want to make the site work in terms of finance you need to broaden your appeal, if you want to have sex with girls dressed in raincoats that's fine but dont expect other people to be happy paying for YOUR pleasure

If you want to make money you need to treat it as a business and cater to a wider audience, in business you sometimes need to do things you dont like or enjoy and have clients you dont really like or agree with

It's really worrying that you dont understand why thats a big problem, you have one product for sale if someone doesn't like that product then you have nothing else to offer them so they leave as there's nothing there for them, it would have been interesting to have a similar video using a more popular type of rainwear so you could compare the interest in both videos

Just a final thought with Rainwear Cafe I tried to cover many options to suit the people who where paying for the site, these weren't always MY choices!!!

Since closing the website I still shoot models wearing rainwear but this time it is MY choice of rainwear and what the models do, I write off the costs because its my hobby and I enjoy it

I really hope you get the site to work as I always like to see new original material but at the moment you have nothing to offer me, I'd rather put my money towards arranging a shoot
