Target "everyday collection" commercial

Here in the USA, as part of its new "everyday collection" ad campaign, the Target retail chain (which most of you are familiar with for the colorful ladies' raincoats they put out every spring) has put out a new TV spot for Quaker oats that demonstrates how you "just add water" to this product, by featuring a beautiful model in a clear pvc trench coat tying the belt & whipping out a firehose, which she wields like a pro. 30 seconds of pure raincoat bliss:

Nice ad, pity some idiot thought it would be a good idea to film white on white. The mac would show up much better with a coloured dress or background. I presume they will be on sale in the store, I mean the mac!

I really wanted to acquire a few of those Target pvc jelly jackets! Were they made from pvc plastic or PU? If only there were Target stores in the UK!
