Anyone else find these hugely sexy….

I can’t understand why these just seem so sexy to me…

I think it is the idea that a woman would still want to wear PVC even though sporting a baby bump. I do like a fuller-sized girl anyway, but there are plenty of shinier black PVC leggings around not as nice as these.

I have no idea why the link doesn’t take you to the product, sorry. Search for “maternity leather” abs see the joggers I was hoping to link to.

Thanks mackintoshmillview99 (wow that is a long user name), those were the trousers I meant. Maybe an outfit of both garments - very nice.

I’m mixed on the enthusiasm.

On one hand, I am thrilled to see these and similar other styles of baggy, looser fitting pleather or faux leather pants more and more in general this year. It’s good to see that as a wardrobe option. If some don’t like the tight fitting, glad to see some other option involving faux leather.

On the other hand, I miss seeing woman after woman in tight faux leather leggings as much as was seen prior to Covid. There are some but not as many. I think the form fitting tight versions look better. If pants are to be loose, the shiny black PVC skinny fit leggings are still tops.

Perhaps this is like Lycra. Cotton/Lycra is ok, but nowhere as attractive as shiny nylon/Lycra.

Glad to see that wardrobe offering out there.. more faux leather is great, just wish for the return of the tight look on every model runway.

I agree - the shinier the better. I do love tight fitting PVC jeans, but, as they tend to be worn by skinnier girls, a fuller-figured woman in loose very shiny PVC trousers is better. Of course tight fitting on a big girl would be fantastic, but they tend not to wear clothes that accentuate any bumpy bits. I adore casual PVC - where the item is just part of an informal look, so a pair of vinyl leggings as part of a party outfit is not quite as appealing as the same PVC worn with a casual top and comfy shoes. Still, the more fashion styles that are infiltrated by the shiny look the better!
