First off, I don't know if this the right place to post this, but I can't see anywhere else that might be. Anyway, this user has sent me a PM (a polite one, I hasten to add!), but I'm unable to reply, as when I try I get a notification saying 'Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt.'

Same here. Calls himself John, polite(ish) but no way to reply. Maybe he is super shy, likes to say things but scared of what the response might be, is all I can think.
