Definitely heavy shiny bright yellow marine oliskins - a pullover smock over high bib dungarees.

Yes 70' and 80' lots of nice different raincoats and capes made of PVC plastic and lovely jelly jackets and long nylon rubberized swishy ladys mac's.

i would also go back to the 60's to get some classic helly hansens and the iconic yellow rubber raincoat with the metal clasps.

Sometimes I wish I could go back to the early nineties when stores like C&A were stocked with loads of pvc macs and they were still part of the fashion image of that time. PVC raincoats and rubber-backed nylon rainwear were also widely available at the time.

Back to my school days first in the 60s when i was made to wear my pac a mac for school, it did not matter if it was rain or shine my mum always fastened it to the neck. Then 70s when courting the fashion was shiny coats and boots for the girls. Then 80s ex wife use to always wear pvc, leather, boots, and caught me trying her bri nylon overall on then i became her maid complete with pvc maid uniform. And now divorced and on my own i dress when i can.

Taken back in time to wear a gaberdine mackintosh belted and buttoned to the neck, and over it, a full length nylon pakamac also buttoned to the neck

Hi, should go back to the 80:s and the rainwear that was popular then. Both my girlfriend and I had thin nylon rainwear at the time. She had a datk blue and I had a red one, both with white stripes. They where actually more windproof than waterproof, didn’t keep the water out for very long. But I loved when we had them on, when walking her dog, when sailing, when jogging. Loved the swichy sound when we where jogging and walking and sometimes we didn’t have time to take them of when we came inside. So nice to play in them.
Should love to buy some of those rainwear, have a couple of nylon rainwear from that time but should love to have more.
