Rain sleeves for video cameras

Good evening Guys and Girls

Anybody know of sites on the web of how to make a rain sleeve/rainmac for a video camera?
I know there are commercial ones on the market but I do not want to spend silly money for them or the cheap ones that you get two or three uses out of.
