Sorry to hear about the depression - I can empathise. Ahhh bugger that - Same here lol. I had a badly frozen left shoulder last year & I was doing physio twice weekly plus 2 x hydrodilatation injections into my shoulder. Due to lockdown, treaatment is limited but I have a set of assigned exercise to do daily...

He is still running a fake female account on Fetlife which I reported...it stopped for a month last year and then he started it up again.
He is young and stupid ,so I doubt he will give up trying !!
