Hey , looks like you want the easy way out of a bondage, yes you like to struggle your way out , of which must be fun ,the feel, the smell, the sweat inside PVC or Plastic and the whole effort of getting out of your bondage, but really it must be about getting the hands well secured , as once your hands are free , it makes life easier to escape, you say yo don't want your hands locked , then how about your hands well taped , sticky but challenging....

I just deleted the duplicate posts for you, so it's easier to read.

Regarding inescapable bondage, I'd make you put on your plastic pants followed by a pair of plastic rainpants & genuine thick, smooth plastic jelly jacket over those. Then I'd order you to stuff your mouth with any amount of wet rags until it's very full, before cleave-gagging you but good and tight - followed by half a roll of medical grade bandage. I'd pop a silicone swim cap over your head to prevent you working your gag off. Then, and only then I do up the hood of your jelly jacket.

After checking the security of your gag, you'll put your thick, heavy duty yellow-blue reversible PUL rainsuit on & do that up to the collar & fasten the hood over your eyes with a double knot.

I take care of your hands with a heavy duty pair of arm-length butyl rubber gloves BEFORE folding your hands into individual fists & taping those into a ball with strong duct tape.

Still feeling lucky?

I'd tie & cinch your hands in a 'X' behind your back with strong thin cotton sash cord (its hard to unknot too) before tying & cinching your arms so you cannot gain leverage. More rope lashes your taped & bound wrists to your butt & it too is cinched & knotted out of reach.

You can only helplessly watch while I tie & cinch your legs at ankles, above & below the knees, and thighs before rolling you on your stomach & putting you in a super tight hogtie. The knots required to undo this are tied just near your shoulders.

Last but not least, I'll tie you DOWN on the bed so you cannot move an inch in any direction. Ropes going from your back passed over your shoulders & tied to the headboard. More ropes lashing your bosy & knees attached to the bed.

There are models which will scream 'Tilt' at the slightest noise above normal, and flash and wail to wake up the mother. Or bondage top.

Sure would make you sweat in the summer heat.... oh the fun of it all , bound helpless, not forgetting , buttoned up nicely in a Mackintosh .

If you want seriously secure rope bondage over your rainwear I have found that using plastic zip-ties to cinch the ropes is extremely effective. As has been suggested rope can be worked on to create some slack but the zip-ties are unyeilding, so you get all the benefits and excitement of being tied up with rope and you cannot (without a lot of effort and strenght) work anything loose.
If I were to describe my 'dream' scenario: dressed in a rubber-lined raincoat my legs would be tied together at ankles knees thighs and shins with several turns of rope. Then zip-ties are worked in between my legs to cinch each set of rope. The feeling of helplessness increases as each zip-tie is pulled as tight as possible. Wrists tied behind my back and my arms lashed to my body then a zip-tie to cinch my wrists and zip-tie cinches between my body and my arms. The feeling is wonderfully secure and no more painful or uncomfortable than rope alone. Properly gagged of course I would then be left to struggle in the wonderful embrace of the rubber raincoat...
WARNING! If you try it you will definitely need strong cutters to cut the ties (I use a pair of wire cutters), and be careful not to snip your raincoat with them when being freed.
