Just been out this evening in Southampton in the pooring rain that started about 6.30 and ended about 8.30, I was wearing my new faux leather pleated maxi skirt and my nylon rainmac raincoat, it was a steady rain but with heavy down poor's thrown in just to make sure i got really wet. This was the 2nd time in 4 day's after the other heavy rain we had on Sunday, if this is to continue through the rest of the winter then happy days.😀

It's well windy and a little rain on and off at the moment. But hopefully it will tip down soon .so nice to be out feeling the wind blowing against my rainwear.
You will be loving the feeling of the nylon against your bare legs as you walk ;) and the feel of the long nylon jacket.

It has been bucketing down with rain here in Cambridgeshire since early evening. I got back from a busy day of work in London and changed into my grundens blue bib n braces with some thigh waders on underneath and a 66 north pvc green rain jacket and drove into town. The path down by the river had deep puddles and the grassy bank was thick mud and water so I needed the waders as the deepest mud west the cows walk down to the river was up to my knees. I cleaned my self down after about 20 minutes and got back to the car - to save the car seat I switched jackets to my long black pvc grundens raincoat which goes down to about 6 inches off the ground. on my way home I saw a flooded street so I parked up and walked on the path and a car came by and didn’t see me quite in time so I caught a bit of a wave of water which was a test for the raingear. I even saw one other person n full raingear a little further up the road so I made sure to say good evening - it was another long (possibly wax) raincoat and it turned out to be and slightly older man with his hood done up tight and appeared to be wearing wellies underneath. Sadly we didn’t get to say more than good evening - wish I’d commented him on his choice of raingear.

It was lovely feeling the nylon rubber on my bare legs and arms.
And the wind blowing in to my hood. Would of been nice if I had it on back to front and feeling the wind pushing it against my face 🙂🙂🙂👌👌👌
