If people uplaod it, I'll download it, but I will also gladly pay for what isn't available, as I know many others do, it happens, and it's always going to happen.

If the sites that are there are free to download then people are going to do just that.
I am sorry to say that is just human nature.
I am not an expert on this but if the sites do not want people to download from them they should make them on a pay as you go system.
Or copywrite protect them in some way which I am sure is possible.
As stated there are two sides to everything
