Now that I know that other members can (and will) edit my posts without any notification or input from me, I suppose that will have a chilling effect on my participation in the Rainwear Central Rainwear Forum.

I apologise for my late response; I was away during Christmas and unable to access my computer. I totally understand your frustration and annoyance regarding the (minor) changes I made.

Personally, I thought your story was OK and I would have left it, 'as is'. I actually could see how the narrator was describing her early experiences. From a literary viewpoint, that's fine.

Unfortunately, not everyone could see that.

Hence, I received a couple of complaints for that reason, including one report.

Rather than delete anything, I edited it very slightly to make it clearer what she's talking about - and remove ANY possible suggestion of underage sex. The members are very, very touchy about this issue, not least because our particular fetish is already misunderstood enough as it is. We don't want this great page closed down for any reason.

I hope this clears up any mis-understandings.
