We are not opposed to dressing up in our raingear and turning on the hose in the backyard for a good soaking-provided we have some alone time!!!!

Here at the Duch sea coast the sky is nearly clear ,but 20 KM's to the East rain is falling....

It wasn't so many years ago when people would wear raincoats even if there was a chance of it raining.
In much of the UK this was pretty well every day.

Lots of people carried a Pakamac in case of rain - today they don't bother
