I see that the IMDb entry contradicts itself. In the generic entry for the series it says there are 12 episodes, but each individual episode is labelled 'X out of 11'. I think it is very probable that the BBC began with a double episode (something they have often done to launch a new series). They probably hoped it would be a big audience-grabber given Andrea Newman's track record, but it wasn't that well received. Anyway that would explain the confusion. If they sold it to Israeli TV (within the last 10 years), it would suggest that it still exists in the archives. They usually say it doesn't see the light of day 'for contractual reasons' but are never explicit.

there are 12 episodes, the first is 650 MB, and the remaining are 450 MB each
