I also really love looking at women in "heavy" PVC rainwear - preferably bibpants & jacket. It's a far more sexy look than many might realise. I know how good Chel looked in her shiny yellow overalls and jacket

First of all, bellbottoms are so 90's. But I agree with you, many women are scared of color nowadays. I am from NYC, and women are very fashionable. They are not to scared to make a fashion statement. I notice women out here wear COLORS and so many of it. Who matches anymore? Noone! Matching your clothes, to your bag and shoes are so over-rated. I have a trenchcoat, one is brown for work and the other one is teal for a day out with friends
