Well!
As this cape has not been worn yet it is hard too comment!
But other capes are nice to wear and waterproof to so this one should be.

Had my PVC u Like black PVC Mac on this morning in the rain for a visit to the Post Office

I have recently started preparing for winter raincoats. Dingy Weather's raincoats are very thick and windproof. They are very warm in winter. I bought one for myself last winter, and I am going to buy a new one this year because of their styles. It is updated every year.
