Have seen a guy wearing a sauna suit (the cheap Argos type £15) in local council gym sauna on a couple of occassions - needed to loose weight quick for a specific reason
Where did you do it?

In reply to hotwilly - wearing rainwear - more effective than wearing clothes. I once saw someone wearing clothes, and I thought - lets try rainwear.

Have done it in a place where I was well known, don't think staff had a glue what was goin' on. I'll do it oneday again when I'm on holiday as I've left where it happend.
