Masters Sun (Korean TV series) has a young woman in a plastic raincoat in ep 14. other eps may also have some, as I just saw this by accident

The clear plastic mac with black trim brings back some great memories. My girlfriend had a mac like this way back when, we both wore it many times in the bedroom until it got too badly ripped.
