Looks like the uploader forgot to set the video as 'unlisted', uploading videos as unlisted means that no one will see them in search results, only people who know the url can see them, here's one from my collection that's been there for quite a while without any problems from YouTube, enjoy!

Well call me paranoid, but is there a member here who isn't happy with this video? it's been uploaded for 3 months on YouTube without any problems, but within 3 hours of putting the link on here I'm getting an email from YouTube saying this video is in breach of community guidelines and I'm getting banned for 2 weeks, well thanks a lot! I've got my suspicsions...
