i have just ordered a floor length hooded cape from Rimo , mine is in their soft feel pvc material , but they also do latex and shiny pvc coated materials . top end of the price range , but you do have to pay out to get exactly what you want , they will make any of their styles in any of their materials , modify a style to suit your wishes , or make to your own design
