Where to find shiny PVC (Not clear)

I posted about how to find PVC material like what PVC-u-like has in another post becuase I want to make my own shiny raincoat but it seems like I may have misunderstood many people. I may have made it sound like I was looking for clear PVC Vinyl but I'm looking for anything that is NOT clear. I want it to not be see through in any way. I do not know where to find this in the united states and I dont know any websites that sell such thing that ships in the U.S.
