they do look quite nice products, sadly I fear our chances of buying them are somewhat remote

Dear Rgenehoedje, when you visited Deston in Prague, did you buy some of the "Florence" raincoats ?
I plan to visit Prague soon, and I wanted to also visit them on a working day, to buy some Florence raincoats. Are they helpful ? Do they have special opening hours ? I just ake, because I already wrote them an e-mail a few months before, but they didn't repsond.
Do they have "shop" at their business address ?

Call them for an appointment, the director of Deston does not understand English very well but he speaks German I understand both languages so there was no problem.
Ask if they have the Florence raincoat in the size of your choice when I was there XL was not in stock but they gave me an address in Prague were I could buy them.
