Hello. Fairly new on here. Definitely can associate my tastes, likes and loves with many. Am a great fan of the story section and have my favourites which have been read over and over again. Wonderful. I may one day add one of my own!
My question is, I have been a fetish for pvc, vinyl, rubber, in fact anything shiny, macky and the biggest turn on is hoods. They have to be big, attached, shiny and preferably can be fastened to stay on!! (Love bondage too!!) Anyone else have these same likes?
Mine goes back as far as I can remember. Schooldays, perhaps further. Im in my late sixties now, and still get 'turned on' seeing a hood up, or even better, wearing one, or bless her, the wife putting my hoods on my macks, or hers up, and fixing them off.
Im convinced it will stay with me to the day I die (hooded hopefully!!!). Id love to know what a psychologist would make of it!

I have given this a bit of thought down the years and as people on here have said, it may come down to influences from a very young age. I suppose that the look of a shiny waterproof material is distinctive and some children get fixated on this. My own liking for shiny pvc was there as far back as I remember, but the liking for nylon cagoules that I have did not really start until about the age of maybe 10. To turn away from rainwear for a moment, I have always tended to find women with dark hair more attractive than blondes, where does that come from? To go back to your original question, I cannot say that I have any special preference for hoods to be worn, perhaps I tend to like the way a shiny garment enhances a woman's figure.

Id love to know what a psychologist would make of it!

I know that many won't believe this but here is my very, very real story:-

The Lady on the Tram
Although I’ve lived in the US for many decades, I was born in England in 1939. One day, when I was 9 or 10, I had to return some books to the library in the middle of the city. It was pouring down with rain as I waited at the tram stop wearing my short trousers under my school raincoat as most young boys did then on all but on the coldest winter days.

When the tram arrived, I got on and found a seat by a window that was all steamed up. As I wiped the glass to look out a lady sat down in the seat beside me, and I felt something flop over my bare thigh. Looking down I saw that she was wearing a lilac-colored silky-satiny rain cape with a hood which was not uncommon at the time. She smiled but never said a word as she turned back the hem of her cape to reveal a rubber lining made from a pink rubber coating.

Then with her arm inside the arm slit her hand began to stroke my thigh through the rubberized satin. I was too scared to say anything even when her hand strayed a little higher than was proper. I will never forget the feel or the sound of the rubber lining as she stroked. She must have known that I was aroused but still she never said a word and then, all of a sudden she was gone as the tram arrived at her stop.

Blackmacjay - I have Never had such a close encounter outside of girlfriends and my wife, must have been wonderful and probably a bit scary in equal measure!

I was scared stiff.

But I guess it was the start of my fetish and several fetish vendors are probably delighted.
