I've seen these types of pictures go around a lot, there seem to be thousands of them spread around various sites without any further explanation, monetization, or story. I am also curious what is going on exactly, who is taking all the pictures, for what reason, what the story behind it is, etc. And while the setting or clothing is not always my taste, the use of rainwear and sometimes very pretty girls does get my attention.

So if anybody can tell more, I am all ears.
