For all the world it looks like a rubber lined mack. At least I want it to be rubber, so "that'll do" lol I think the black skirt may be PVC, or leather.

Thems is definitely PVC leggings, not a skirt. Love the whole combo! She has a lovely sassy attitude, gorgeous.
