Absolutely! Like the time I sat in a restaurant with my wife. She had no idea why I was so distracted after several sightings out the window behind her. Even nicer because it was not raining - something very attractive to see someone out in PVC on a sunny(ish) day! My all time best was a glimpse (as I drove by) of a couple walking together and the girl was wearing black PVC (although I seriously think they might have been unbacked plastic) leggings on a very hot sunny day in June.
