The mac looks like shiny black rubber to me. The actress is Françoise Spira.

So usally any black mac from films of that era are rubber?

I wouldn't go so far as to say that Beth. I think you have to judge each mac as you see it. 1960 was in a way in the 'transitional' period between what had gone before (rubber) and what came later (PVC).
