I have remembered this film Bitter Moon which I saw years ago. It is from 1992 and features Emmanuelle Seigner and a very young looking Hugh Grant.

She wears a nice looking, long ,black PVC shiny raincoat at the start. I have not been able to find the film in its entirety but as far as I can remember, you do not see much more of it in the film other than in this clip at the start. I think she makes a slow entrance so the anticipation element of her walking towards her victim is missing from this clip.

Fabulous clip...shame she takes the raincoat off so soon !!!

There's more in the film she crawles around in the mac with a plastic pig mask on

I have the DVD ( not watched it for a long time ) i think there is another seen when she wears the same mac and is cracking a whip.
