Short glimpse of silver shiny vinyl coat

At 4'16" one can see a silver coloured shiny vinyl coat. It seems that it was worn in dry weather which was quite usual in the seventies when they were not considered as a utility garment but a chic and modern item. Well those were the days..... This is from a 1979 Swiss television documentary about youths.
