'Zlé Pondělí' (Czechoslovakian film from 1960). Vlasta Chramostová wears a nice vintage plastic mac with a matching rain bonnet. Enjoy!
Timings: 1 hr 02'-56" to 1 hr 05'-18". Another woman is seen in a plastic mac from 1 hr 06'-28" to 1 hr 06'-36".

We get Czech and slovak films with macs but never Russian ones

Could be the weather Beth - long hot summers and long cold winters. I did post an ok.ru link to a 1964 Russian film back in September 2020 but it doesn't seem to be working anymore - sadly! I wonder why that is? Taken down by the Russian authorities for political reasons?
