'The Bishop Misbehaves' (British film from 1935 in HD). Maureen O'Sullivan wears a vintage plastic mac in 5 scenes. A short 2-minute YT clip from the film was put up on the Forum in 2018 but the quality wasn't particularly great. Here's the whole film in high definition. Enjoy!
Timings: 16'-10" to 16'-35", 20'-45" to 21'-07", 54'-58" to 56'-58", 1 hr 15'-04" to 1 hr 16'-17", 1 hr 18'-52" until the end of the film.

I think we can all understand why the bishop might have been misbehaving cause of maureen in a plastic mac
