'Údolí Krásných Žab' (Czechoslovakian film from 1973). A number of actresses wearing white and blue glassclear vinyl macs and capes. (2 scenes). Mister MacRain has a short clip of just over 1 minute in length on his You Tube page (called 'In A Camp') - here's a link to the film and the two complete mac scenes. Enjoy!

Cheap shapeless plastic raincoats are not for me I like some style in the rainwear. But thanks for posting Rothbhoy and fun to watch.

Yeah, these kinds of macs/capes don't do a lot for me either but I did think the scenes were rather nice....
