Play for Today: 'Stronger Than The Sun' from 1978. Francesca Annis wears a superb long shiny grey PVC mac in 7 scenes. Nice long scenes - LOVE it! Enjoy! Timings: 16'-21" to 19'-20", 22'-30" to 25'-21", 31'-17" to 31'-58", 1 hr 05'-50" to 1 hr 07'-24", 1 hr 08'-28" to 1 hr 08'-44", 1 hr 10'-54" to 1 hr 22'-23". 1 hr 23'-37" to 1 hr 28'-20".

They come up on ebay from time to time there Made by Asos the ones that I'm thinking of exactly identical to the one on play for today there about 60 quid and upwards I've never been able to win at bidding for one

Thanks for this, that is a very attractive woman in a very fetching mac- shame the play has such a dark ending. On e of the best clips I have seen on here in a long time.

Update! Found another scene in this play (from 31'-17" to 31'-58") - missed it when putting the Timings List together unfortunately. I've amended the topic heading accordingly - from 6 scenes to 7 scenes - also amended the Timings! Sorry about that.

Patricia Hodge wears a similar mac (it looked a bit thicker) in an episode of Jemima Shore Investigates

Thanks for this scene - it is really nice seeing her getting a soaking in the rain in her mac. I also enjoy the scene immediately after where she takes her top off!
