Chelsea boots - better style

I typically don’t think too highly of Chelsea boots (short ankle height rain boots with elastic sides) when compared to tall or mid height wellies that I like to see and wear.
But- found an exception:

In case the link doesn’t work, it is a link to the Joules Wellibob boots in the gloss black color. This style looks like it is more of a rubber boot than a patent leather shoe the way some Chelsea boots look. The rubber looks thicker than most others, the gloss look is good, and the bright white stripe on the back looks good too. These may be worth checking out.
