Lovely-sounding shiny PVC puffer coat

Does anyone have an idea of where I could obtain one of these super-shiny and noisy PVC hooded puffer coats?

I am pretty sure that the one featured in this video is made from PVC or Patent PVC (I am referring to the shiny outer material), as opposed to PU, for example.

It seems as though the major fashion outlets have an aversion to PVC (vinyl; polyvinylchloride), as the shiny coats they offer nowadays are made from a vinyl-imitation material like shiny PU, shiny EVA, shiny polyester or shiny nylon. However, none of these PVC-imitation materials make the same satisfying and arousing noise as the PVC/Patent PVC jacket featured in this video.

I understand that PVC is your favourite material. But I wouldn' t call PU a vinyl Imitation.
Be aware that most o the nice shiny coats from the 70ies and later on were made from PU coated fabrics. At first it was often PU coated cotton and later on it turned to PU coated polyester most often. There are of course exceptiond to that rule. I own recent shiny "vinyl" jeans and jackets that are made from PU coated cotton.
But it is quite funny that also in German speaking areas the word Vinyl is used more often then the German ""Lack" - German for lacquer or patent - nowadays.
