While the tall Hunter boots are rare but still seen, Kamik Jennifer almost never seen, and Ugg Shaye rare, you still see them as NYC folks have to battle this on some days

In case the link does not work, it is maybe 6-8 inches of water on the floor at the bottom of a stairway leading to a subway train station. The video had one person shown in Chelsea style boots among others with those seen all would have flooded or gotten soggy where the tall wellies would have been the only pairs to battle this condition.
