Proper Plastic Apron

Perusing the PVC-U-LIKE website thinking what to treat myself to next, I came across this which I have not seen before…

https://pvc-u-like.com/Fetish/Uniforms/ ... 0-505.aspx

That got me wondering if anyone here has come across healthcare professionals wearing proper plastic aprons? Not cheap polythene or EVA but soft lovely plastic. As a child I remember some nurses wore them in hospitals, but even then (a very long time ago) disposable polythene was coming in. In fact my GP (family doctor for those not in the UK) had a proper full-length translucent PVC apron hanging in the back of his consulting room door. But I never saw him or the nurse wearing it ever (there was only one nurse that I recall). I was always with my mother when seeing the doctor, being young, but once managed to “accidentally” run my hand over the apron as I left, a feeling that made me even more attracted to PVC!

I have a black plastic apron with narrow vertical white stripes I bought from Denny's, a catering company in Jermyn Street London about 15 years ago. It is quite shiny, black background with narrow white vertical stripes. The label inside, 100% PVC. They did an online catalogue, probably still do.

I grew up in the 1950's when "proper plastic" was relatively new and ubiquitous. I don't know about health professionals but my mother and many of her female relatives and friends wore plastic aprons for housework. There were many opportunities for a sly "feel" when visiting friends' houses. Even better were the chances of more prolonged and closer contact when the grown ups at home were out of the way for a while. Of course if one got caught, say shorts down with a plastic item wrapped around one's nether regions, there were the inevitable consequences but, so strong was the fetish, that these were never enough to stop one doing it again when the opportunity presented itself.

I recall seeing some excellent plastic aprons with flower patterns displayed in the window of a trendy shop in Hampstead around the turn of the millennium but unfortunately circumstances prevented me from investigating further (aka having a sly feel).
